The Club would run the event (prepare flyer, registration, judge, award trophies) and in turn would receive 50% of the
entrance fee and donate the remaining 50% to the Natick CSC for its programs.
Ed Rose has a sound system that can be used.
Richard B. added that we will sell coffee, donuts, water, and soda, possibly pizza.
Discussion among group as to entry fee charge for event. Consensus was to remain at $20 per car.
The large parking lot is approximately 120 car spaces.
The Center will be open 9 am to 12:30 pm with access to lavatory facilities.
Trophies will be given out.
